2025 Northwest High School Prom at
Prom will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 at Receptions Event Center in Fairfield from
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Tickets must be purchased attend; all tickets are $50 each.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
Ticket sales START Friday, March 10th and will END at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 9th.
Cash Sales will be available ONLY on Friday, March 21st; and March 28th during 4th bell Lunches ONLY in the cafeteria.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. This will generate your electronic ticket with a unique QR Code that can only be redeemed once and must be presented for entry.All student fees must be paid PRIOR to prom. You may purchase a ticket, but will not be permitted into prom if you have unpaid fees. Student fees are due by Thursday, April 25th to attend prom.
Each student may purchase up to two (2) tickets, one (1) for themselves and one (1) for a guest. The guest's name must be provided at time of purchase. Each student can bring only one guest. Guests must enter the dance with the NW student who purchased their ticket. PHOTO ID required for all NW STUDENTS and their GUESTS. We ask that NW SENIORS purchase their own ticket, and reserve guest tickets for NON-NW SENIORS.
Non-District guests must complete and submit a guest form to be approved by our building administrators. Please submit your completed guest form IN PERSON to Ms. Leary, Mrs. Kelly, and/or Mrs. Hudson by Wednesday, March 26th. Once the form is APPROVED students can purchase their guest ticket. All completed forms must be turned in to the main office for approval. Guest forms can be found in the Main Office or in the Career Center Office.
Any discipline issues may lead to administration removing your privilege to attend the dance. Remember, no purses or bags are permitted in the dance and all students will be searched before entering.
